Dedicated engineers and on-site support

For the UK & Irish market, Electrolab Biotech offer dedicated service engineers providing comprehensive on-site support of our bioreactor systems. Global support is provided by our agents located worldwide.

Servicing example

Tailored agreements

Agreements can be tailored to your exact requirements, but usually include the following:

  • Calibration check / recalibration of electronics
  • Replacement of seals and bearings in driveshafts
  • Replacement of vessel o-rings
  • Inspection of sensors and condition/maintenance advice
  • Full service report

Various levels of service agreement available

In addition, on-site operator or basic maintenance training may be given to any new users, by prior arrangement.

An extended warranty is available on new equipment where a preventative maintenance agreement is also purchased.

Our engineers are also able to visit customers in the UK & Ireland to support equipment not covered by an agreement, but for less urgent requirements a back-to-base service facility is also offered.

Returns

Please contact us before returning equipment, as we will need to send you the necessary returns paperwork in advance. For customers outside the UK, we are able to offer different support through our agents. Please contact us for details.
