Real time monitoring of CO2 & O2

Real-time monitoring of CO2 and O2 is a valuable tool for the measurement of cell growth within your fermenter vessels. Monitoring these changes can improve productivity by indicating the correct rates for oxygen flow and substrate feed.

Using the FerMac 368 Gas Analyser you can also make calculations of respiratory quotient (RQ), oxygen transfer rate (OTR), carbon dioxide transfer rate (CTR), as well as metabolic rate.

Our gas analyser can be used with all major fermenter manufacturers. Applikon, Infors as well as New Brunswick bioreactors and Braun bioreactors are just some of the fermenter manufacturers for which the FerMac 368 Gas Analyser has been supplied.
